  Very poor customer service, does not expect for a high end brand. My loudspeaker went out of order (which is a very common problem as searched on the internet) and the staff were not helpful at all. They just gave the repair center address and told me to solve on my own. Really disappointed with such a renowned brand. Will never visit again.

  Wanted the new QUIETCOMFORT 35  WIRELESS HEADPHONES II. Went to the shop on the 8th floor and completed the transaction within 3 minutes. Cost HK$2880 Good services. Knowledge staff. Amazing headphones.
