  It keeps up to the standard of a quality book store. Not too much and not too little. I was interested in a particular self-help book that was sold out in a lot of book stores in Hong Kong. Whenever I asked for later dates of renewing their stock, information of other related branches and the most basic of customer service from all the other stores, I was given a shrug of uninterest or poor response “We don’t have your book. Bye” Bookazine has been nothing but an excellence in caring for their customers, willing to contact other branches for the sake of searching for one sold-out book. Knowing that they were about to have the book delivered to them the week after, they contacted me and on that same week I got my book. Thank you Bookazine. Not just the one in Festival Walk, all of the other branches as well. I now know where I’m buying my books from.

  Very few book stores in Festival Walk. It should the only one in the mall.
