::just a royal style with poor manner towards pets. wanna give them a better treatment however receiving a very disciminating attitude. totally understood their point of view, but truly a bad feeling after receiving those words esp the staff saying 'might have problem and then left without words. truly recommend to those expensive pets, they must treat you so.well.
