  I really had a wonderful experience with BLS International team. The staff was highly cooperative as well as the process was easy specially as i was applying for the first time.

  Such a bad service. Excuse is website not working . No enquiry counter. If need information need to go to consulate. Need to ban this kind of private company.

  Horible servixe. The counter staff go for personnel banking work for one hour and no one attend the service. Staff not teained well. Even are not polite.

  Appalling service!!!! Too bad "0" is not a star. Confusing, frustrating, inefficient and extremely ashamed as an Indian that this is how they operate. Staff actually pick up their personal mobile phones while they are attending to people, and expect you to go fill out forms again when they've made you wait 5 hours to see them - when the form wasn't clear in the first place. What a disgrace!!!! I sincerely hope they make some MUCH NEEDED improvements. Be prepared to wait for hours and hours on end.
