::We visited this branch on 22/06 for opening account request. After more than one month of waiting for normal opening times we have not received any communication. We contacted our referral, Mr. Pang Yat-sang Simon who assured us that he would immediately reply to us via email on the status of the process. No mail arrived In the last few days we tried to contact him by phone more than 10 times and now they no longer respond to the phone We find this kind of behavior unprofessional and highly offensive
