  They sold me a defective laptop with a hardware issue which they acknowledged. However, they refused to honor the ten day in-store exchange policy and told me I had to go to the manufacturer for an exchange. The staff seemed to only be concerned about making the sale and was not at all interested in inconveniencing themselves by honoring their after sale service. When we asked for an explanation why they would not exchange the machine, the staff became rude, insulting and extremely unprofessional. I felt like I could get more sincere and helpful service from Fortress or independent computer shops! It was an extremely frustrating experience especially given I thought purchasing a laptop at a big chain store would afford me a peace of mind with proper after sale customer service. I could not be any more misconceived. I urge you to avoid this store or Broadway generally!

  Decent place for electronics. Not the best prices you can get in the city though

  售貨完動作超慢，拎貨用5分鐘，出單用10分鐘，碌卡又等10分鐘。對產品亦都唔熟悉，只能望著告示照讀。
