  I bought a Imarflex Oven from ASK through HKTV and it broke on the third day, they asked me I have to either physically go to Kowloon Bay for exchange or take it to the repair center in Kwai Chung. And the ironic thing, the repair center suggested me to call ASK Super Outlet for exchange. The experience was absolutely unforgettable and hilarious. In between, I have to call over four different numbers and still nothing can be done. I have contacted HKTV from various channel, but no, no answer, I am always on number 2 for hours. Forget about it, this is the worst Christmas and New Year ever, that's it, no more shopping online. I have better customer service in TaoBao than this. I also hope people realise, not only buying from HKTV can be devastating, buying anything from ASK SuperOutlet can also be upsetting experience, you have no idea just how rude the customer service lady I have to endure and the whole time, I have to apologize to taking her time to answer my phone.
