::One of the better large shopping malls in the east Kowloon side of Hong Kong. It has everything you would expect and need: restaurants, boutiques, a cinema, even a bookshop (primarily Chinese books, but still).

::Good location. Shops are pretty ordinary and boring though (chain stores with connection to SHK properties).

::Good shopping mall. Suggest bring some water and snacks. The mall is very big, when compare with normal HK malls

::Nice movie theatres. Mall has a funny layout -- the upper floors are narrow (to preserve open air-area in the middle), But this makes the mall and restaurants feel a bit cramped. Needs renovation.
