  Отвратительный сервис и обслуживание, ждали ровно час пока регистратор позвонит в мою страховую и уточнит вопросы. Ужасное отношение к беременной! После долгого ожидания покинули это заведение! Жалко потраченного времени!

  The doctor, we had seen, is very professional. He correctly diagnosed the pathologies of my two daughters. The main problem is the nurses at main entrance. No smile on arrival, no care, very antipathetic. But, the must is when the nurse gave the drugs. The nurse was wrong between my daughters. She exchanged the drugs. Which is extremely dangerous. Luckily, I noticed it immediately. The nurse did not want to give me the prescription to check the drugs from the doctor and also didn't explain anything about the drugs. I was obliged to call the doctor. And, finally, on the bill, the nurse noted a false diagnosis that has nothing to do with the diseases of my daughters. A shame. It is extremely dangerous. If I should make an advise to the Adventist Medical Center. Please have competent nurses at the main entrance who enjoy to do this job because the doctors are really very professionals and serious. I'm sorry, i will not come again to this Medical Center even if the doctors take good care of patients.

  Doctors are professional and the nurses are well-trained. The place is clean and tidy with well-equipped facilities. Very pleasant experience.

  We selected this place as they included chest X-rays in the annual health package. My experience was okay and pretty fast, but my wife’s nurse was rather inexperienced when trying to draw blood, and had to try on both hands. She then had to ask a colleague to help. The staff also seemed unaware of which package she had signed up for. X-rays are done in a separate building at nearby Sogo.

  Very unprofessional medical staff. Did my annual body check here, no one explain to me what's happening and what tests I am doing. You are expected to shut up and just do what is being told in a very rude tone. The doctor on duty for body check is super unprofessional as well, no patience at all and not even care to tell me if the check up has been done and leave me there standing inside his room. He is seriously in a hurry, maybe late for his lunch date or he is just not in the mood to handle any patient. Seriously, this is absolutely sub-par quality considering they are charging $2500 for a health check that probably only needs $1200 if you do it at a small clinic outside. If you think you will get a better experience and better medical service by paying double at Adventist, then you are wrong. I'm not coming back again for body check next year.
