  Poor Management Service-I am writing to express my strong dissatisfaction with your service. I was experienced lift trap inside Lift 1 of Tower 1, Admiralty Center on 16 Jan at 9pm. The security Mr. Gary Cheung only informed me that they had contacted the lift maintenance company, but nothing else during the 30 mins while I was trapped alone inside the lift. Neither show any concern nor asking will I need any assistance during lift trap or after release. No one care and trying to calm down the victim. Is this kind of service provide by your company?
